Pricing
There are four ways you can pay for DaDesktop:
- Public cloud (from 3 EUR a day)
- Private server (from 10 EUR a day)
- Reseller or volume purchasing (from 0.1 EUR a day)
- On premise
Public Cloud
For the public cloud tier, you're charged daily starting at 3 EUR for a straightforward Linux desktop equipped with 8GB of RAM, an 8-core CPU, and 50GB of SSD storage.
Upgrading each additional component—such as another 8GB of RAM, 8 CPU cores, or 50GB of storage—will cost you an extra 3 EUR per day.
If you opt for a Windows desktop, there's an additional daily fee of 1 EUR. However, if you already hold your own valid license, this charge is waived.
NB The daily rate applies to any usage within 24 hours from midnight in the local server time zone.
Private Server
If you prefer fixed costs regardless of how many desktops you run or the resources allocated to each, you can purchase a dedicated whole server.
This approach removes limits on the number of units or desktops; you are simply constrained by the hardware resources available on that specific server. Please contact us for further details.
Reseller or volume discounts
Substantial discounts of up to 80% are available for reseller and volume purchases.
This pricing tier is typically designed for companies planning to:
- Integrate DaDesktop into their own products
- Resell the service
- Procure in high volumes
On-premise
The standard price for on-premise deployment is 6 EUR per core.

Courses
For Public Cloud and Reseller options, course costs are billed to the Organization Owner based on the users who created desktops during the course duration.
Trainers
- If the Trainer is invited to join an existing course, the Organization Owner of that course will be billed.
- If the Trainer creates the course themselves, they will be billed directly.
-
In summary, the Organization Owner who created the course is the one billed for it.
