A virtual classroom is a software tool that lets instructors and participants interact with one another and with the learning content. For instance, with a standard video conferencing tool, the only way to assist a participant is by sharing or taking over their screen. On DaDesktop, you give every participant a dedicated machine, set up near their location to cut down on lag. This lets the trainer step in and take control whenever the participant asks for help.
