Privacy Policy
DaDesktop respects the privacy of users of our services throughout New Zealand. This policy sets out how we gather and use your personal information, along with the steps we take to keep your details safe.
We only collect and use your personal info as far as necessary to deliver our services, or for the valid purposes outlined in this privacy policy. It’s worth noting there are big differences in how data gets collected and stored depending on which hosting option you pick.
NobleProg’s public hosted server
This runs in a NobleProg data centre (inside the EU, and is GDPR compliant). It’s a shared server for NobleProg clients and can be accessed by NobleProg.
If you choose a server located outside the EU, local laws may apply. Customer data from the UK stays in the UK.
NobleProg’s private hosted server
This runs in a NobleProg data centre (inside the EU). It’s a dedicated server for a single organisation, so no other organisation shares the hardware.
If you choose a server located outside the EU, local laws may apply.
On-premise server
The server will be located on the organisation’s premises. The software is installed on the server and all data remains completely under that organisation’s control.
