Project Background
As well as advancing and championing BIM technology, the company also put together skills training courses and delivers online training services.
The Problem
Students and instructors both felt the existing live-stream training lacked proper interaction. Whenever a student hit a snag, the instructor couldn't remotely hop onto the student's computer to help sort it out.
Once the training wrapped up, students had no way to practise on their own. Instructors had no visibility over how well students were picking things up, which meant the training outcomes weren't flash.
